SHIPPING SERVICE
All orders will be shipped by FedEx or United Postal Service. FedEx and United Postal Service shipments may require a signature as proof of delivery. Please call if you prefer another method of shipping.
CUSTOM CHARGES
There are no taxes or duties charged by Butt For You Inc. for orders leaving Canada. We charge only for items purchased as well as for the cost of shipping and handling.
Please note: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are charged once your package reaches your country. Butt For You Inc. does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. Please check with your post office or customs office for details about taxes or duties on small imports.

UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS
Shipping and handling fees resulting from unclaimed shipments returned to BFU will be deducted from any credit owing to the customer.
RETURN
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange. Simply return it within 10 days for a full refund. Due to the nature of intimate apparel, we cannot exchange items where the tags and original packaging have been removed or that appear to have been washed or worn. Please be aware that you will be responsible for return shipping charges. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned item(s). The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Shipping and handling charges will apply on exchanges.
To return your purchase you must contact customer service by email customerservice@bfu.ca or by phone at 800.409.1563 in North America or 905.696.6953 for international customers to get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
For customs purposes, your package must be clearly marked RETURNING CANADIAN GOODS, otherwise it may be subject to duty charges. Butt For You Inc. will not be responsible for any duties or shipping costs charged on returns. These will be deducted from your refund. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the package. Packages received without an RMA number cannot be processed and will be returned to sender at sender’s expense. If items are not insured properly and get lost or damaged, we will be unable to process your refund. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
